Hero Records and Tone 1 Music Announce New Dance Maxi Single
Miami, FL (PRWEB) November 6, 2007 -- Hero Records and Tone 1 Records announced today the release of its newest CD maxi-single entitled "Be Your Own Hero" by recording artist Astrid. This dance-oriented CD contains 11 mixes of an inspirational yet radio-friendly track. Music industry veteran Carl Maduri (producer of "Play That Funky Music" and "The Morning After") brought this project together with co-producers Sam Toney, Doug Emery and Hal Batt who has a strong history of production work with many well-known Latin artists including Julio Iglesias.
Carl Maduri commented, "I haven't been so excited about a project in a long time. I'm also proud that a portion of the proceeds from our sales will support a number of charitable organizations benefiting battered women."
Astrid is a multi-talented, multi-lingual artist whose name means "of the stars". After graduating high school, Astrid began singing in a multitude of different bands, giving her the professional versatility that led her to become a finalist on the national TV production Star Search and then shortly thereafter to joining Jimmy Buffet as a back up vocalist for his 1988 Hot Water Tour. Since then, she has had the opportunity to tour nationally in the company of groups like Bonnie Raitt, Rita Coolidge, The Neville Brothers, Ralph McDonald, Little Feat, and Memphis Horns, Steve Cropper and several other national and internationally touring headliners.
Astrid commented, "I am really excited to be working with Hero Records and Tone 1 on such an important and inspirational project. I'm also so very happy to be a part of a project that will benefit organizations that have helped me personally to overcome my own challenges with being a victim of abuse."
The details of Astrid's future tour dates will be available soon according to her management company.

Famous Subliminal Messages In Music
There have been many different kinds of rumors and speculations that famous songs actually contain subliminal messages. Subliminal messages can be used in songs that are verbal or aural in nature, and are delivered either very quickly or backwards at such low volumes that the audience is unaware of receiving it. It is made in such a way so that the audience would not be aware that they are under the influence of such a 'trick' and would innocently be mesmerized by the songs they are listening too. Such charges are made not just to rock music, but even Christian songs as well!

How to Interview Music Schools
Education of any sort is in effect, the process of communication. Whenever we seek education we are looking for instruction that is imparted to us in a way that is understandable. This notion is no different when you are seeking the music school that fits your needs. As much as you would like to be granted entry into a music school, you have to remember that the interviewing process is a fast but firm two way street. You are also interviewing the music school of your choice to make sure that they can meet your criteria just as much as you (or your child) need to fit theirs.
