Urbmob Records Presents: "Hit the Stage! Down South" An Exclusive Music Talent Competition in a New Generation of Digital Media

'Hit the Stage! Down South' is a series of touring artist showcases that will be stopping in major centers in South Carolina, North Carolina and Atlanta from May 1 - May 5. Artists who create profiles on URBMOB.com will be given free admission to the showcase. Up to ten artists in each location will be selected out of the audience to Hit the Stage. Each artist will be asked to perform only ONE song. Each performance will be adjudicated by a panel of celebrity judges headed by St. Gian, Vice President, A&R of UrbMob Records, Partner in NeXmen Productions and Principal in NeXLyfe/Universal Motown in Los Angeles. The winner of each date will be invited to perform in Atlanta on Monday, May 5 at the Hit the Stage! Finale. "The winner of the Finale gets an all expense paid trip to Los Angeles to record the winning song with NeXmen Productions and offered a recording and distribution contract with UrbMob Records." Hit the Stage! Down South will feature Jesikah Maximus, Model & Hostess along with rappers Draft Pick, who will MC and host the events. Each date will also feature a headlining performance by NeXLyfe/Universal Motown recording artist J.Blue.
In addition to each showcase, celebrity photographer Leo Marshall will conduct an open casting to select one top model, who will receive a roundtrip airfare to Los Angeles and participate in the next Powershoot, scheduled for May. "The winner of the Hit the Stage! Finale will socialize among VIPs/Celebrities and perform at the Powershoot afterparty in Los Angeles." UrbMob Record's 'Hit the Stage!
