How do you create an authentic experience in a sales driven marketplace?

Harrison has produced meals for the education and business sectors since 1994 – employing 2,000+ staff with a turnover of circa £65m.

Harrison have a strong reputation in the Independent schools sector and every year exhibit at ISBA (The Independent Schools’ Bursars Association). We have designed and built their stands many times and every year the competitive benchmark gets higher. Harrison decided in 2018 to create a theme built around a ‘Chef’s Table’ – an exciting showcase to celebrate their world of food and enjoyment.

How we raised the bar for Harrison.

They say that the proof of the pudding is in the eating and the ‘Chef’s Table’ became the theme for ISBA 2018 – a space to showcase and taste the amazing food Harrison create. Our design approach focused on creating an authentic and on-trend chefs’ table experience – we researched the types of materials and interiors used in leading restaurants to inform our design choices. The overall experience relied on it being as authentic and close to the real experience as possible.
