How do you consolidate three tech solutions into one website and position yourself as a leader in the world of e-commerce?
eDesk are a technology software company entirely focussed on e-commerce. eDesk helps retailers around the world to deliver seriously extraordinary customer service everywhere they sell. Their award-winning artificial intelligence powered automation tools streamline customer support processes and deliver business insights. They natively integrate with all the major e-tail marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart and Wish to name a few.
Our brief was to completely redesign the eDesk digital experience, the project included: user personas, user journey mapping, wireframing, UX, UI, and developer ready Adobe XD design files.
eDesks business strategy was to consolidate three technology brands into one, enabling them to strengthen their position in the world of e-commerce customer support software.
We strategically worked alongside the C-suite through a rebranding process to help them translate their transformational business strategy into brand strategy. Once this phase of work was complete, we then led the discovery, digital strategy, UX and design of a class leading e-commerce digital experience that’s at the heart of their digital marketing. The project undertook a full User experience exercise based on target personas developed in the branding phase of work. UX journeys were also mapped against wireframes to support clear and accessible gateways to the right product offerings whilst promoting the ‘discovery’ of new services, lead generation and sales enablement.
The website UI is dynamic and bold, we wanted to creatively capture the fast-paced and exciting world of eCommerce. The tone-of-voice and overall brand expression is deliberately brave and personable – delivering a positive and enthusiastic feel to match the powerful world on online retail. Adobe XD developer ready files we supplied to the in-house eDesk design and development team to build out the full site.
