How does a UK plc harness the power of digital to take their business to the next level?
Gamma is a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) in the UK and Dutch business markets, supplying communication solutions via their extensive network of trusted channel partners and direct customers.
As part of a rebrand project, one of our key deliverables was the design and development of two new websites. A ‘Marketing’ website, targeting both customer acquisition and customer retention. The second, is a listed Group PLC investor site, targeting investors/shareholder and employees. Both websites were designed and developed in parallel.
For Gamma their websites are business critical and are a core driver of revenue and customer retention. We kicked the project off by collaborating with the Gamma marketing and digital teams to strategically restructure the site architecture based on user profiling, data insight and industry understanding.
This new structure gave us a great platform to build a user experience from the ground up. We streamlined the UX to create a clear and frictionless experience for their two main revenue channels (direct clients & channel partners). A key challenge across the site was to balance a huge amount of content and complexity with a simple and efficient experience. The clean and modern UI is built on a responsive design system giving us flexibility and consistency at all times. Both websites (Gamma UK and Gamma PLC) were designed and developed by our teams in WordPress.
