Challenge.

How do you build a custom CMS to support multiple websites?

Harrison has produced meals for the education and business sectors since 1994 – employing 2,000+ staff with a turnover of circa £65m.

As part of a rebrand project we identified that a segmented approach to customer marketing would be a highly effective strategy. With this in mind the digital brief was created to include the design and build of three websites (group and x2 audience specific versions) from one digital CMS platform to deliver efficiency across the board.

Solution.

How we raised the bar for Harrison.

A major part of the project was to understand the specific audience segmentation and their unique behaviours. Our strategic design and digital teams worked closely together early in the process and focused on analysis of the market, customer journeys and profiles and content types. Once we had a clear picture of the market we planned and created a single foundation framework, site structure and design styling that could deliver the relevant content to engage their many Group audiences.
