Following our appointment at the end of last year, Dusted launched the new PACT website this week – one of the UK’s leading Voluntary Adoption Agencies (VAA), building and strengthening families since 1911.
Ofsted rated PACT’s adoption services as outstanding across all areas at an inspection earlier this year and along with over 100 years of history, PACT are highly regarded as the gold standard in adoption and fostering services, award-winning therapeutic support and inspirational community projects across London and the south of England.
The new website is a critical tool for PACT and a key channel in attracting potential adopters or foster carers. As a means to handling enquiries, it is PACT’s biggest source of enquiries, with half the domestic adoption enquiries coming via the site. It is also vital in promoting PACT and all their services to potential and current stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, childcare practitioners, supporters, volunteers and fulfilling key recruitment needs.
Website Content Manager Tom McIlvenny-Cox said: “Our new website represents PACT now and where we are heading.”
This is an evolving space for PACT and the services we offer and will continually be optimised and reviewed to make sure we remain leaders in our field, but also retaining the information we provide to our prospective adopters, foster carers and families.
PACT’s vision is to deliver qualitative services to build and strengthen an increasing number of children and families. This vision shapes everything PACT does, and is reflected in their hallmarks of quality, expertise and innovation.
