Paul is responsible for the creative output of the business and brings together a combination of creative strategy and business delivery. Leading a multi-disciplinary team of designers on a wide range of projects from innovative idea generation to technical delivery, Paul believes creativity and design for corporate communications need to have a purpose and the end goal to be truly effective.
Put simply, a clear direction is paramount when creating a compelling brand in today’s diverse and competitive world.
He believes design and creativity can really make all the difference – work that engages, represents and affects perceptions can move a business on both commercially and culturally.
Along with three DBA Design Effectiveness Awards, Paul has demonstrated this belief over the past 20 years, working at some of London’s leading agencies with roles such as Head of Design at Euro RSCG Columns (Part of Havas), Creative Lead at The Team and the Creative Director at Kino Design. A few of his previous clients include: Apple, Barclays, Barclaycard, British Airways, Coutts, Creative and Cultural Skills, the English Cricket Board, KPMG, London 2012 Olympics, Mercedes-Benz, Natwest, the RNIB, Royal Bank of Scotland and Visa.
