Lucy manages the client service team at Dusted and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, right down to the nitty-gritty of individual tasks through to entire annual marketing spends.
Understanding clients’ needs from the very start of a new relationship is key to Lucy and her team’s role in Dusted’s process: something she has been crafting for over a decade.
With a background in design and advertising, Lucy has the perfect skill-set to understand a brief from a functional and creative point of view. With her expertise, she can assume the ‘middleman’ role with full impartiality to ensure that the outcome is always in the client’s best interests.
Prior to joining Dusted, her experience in managing complex advertising, product and marketing campaigns for the likes of Puma, Royal Mail, Land Securities and Tretorn gave Lucy a solid foundation for developing cross-sector management skills, which are essential across Dusted’s broad and varied client-base.
