SS&C Intralinks had already trusted us to elevate their masterbrand, shifting perception from secure data-room vendor to value creator at the heart of global deal-making. But ambition never sits still.

Their next chapter was DealCentreAI, an AI-powered platform that guides transactions throughout their entire lifecycle. Open to close, in one single, secure flow. They needed a brand that matched the scale of the innovation and landed fast in a market wired for advantage.

We took on the full brief. Define its story. Name and characterise its brain, Link, tone and icon included. Shoot persona-driven photography and video. Create the positioning film, alongside quick, social bursts. Design landing pages and unleash a multi-phase campaign across channels, ads and programmatic industry media features. One global roll-out. Many moving parts. We built the product brand, from concept to launch.

People drive deals, so we started there. We mapped every key player along the dealmaking journey, then built detailed personas. Transforming job titles into attitude, ambition and aesthetic.

Casting became curation. We chose models with the quiet confidence of a seasoned negotiator or the restless energy of a rising analyst. All styled and posed to reflect their ambition.

We embedded intelligence inside the language. Trailblazers. Rainmaker. Failsafe. All headlines bankers live by, carrying the platform benefits, the highlighted “AI” a wink at the tech within.

Each claim sits beside persona-driven portraits, cast and styled to mirror real buyers. The branded ribbon treads them to the revolutionary tech, symbolising the flow of data. Seamless. End-to-end.

Hands on. All in.

The job spanned time zones, yet felt like one room. But our long-standing partnership with Intralinks meant we could hit the ground running. Strategic workshops in their New York office. Brand engagement sessions. Campaign calendar planning for global activation. We initiated them all, bringing together voices from across the business. We also worked closely with their in-house marketing and product teams, ensuring that every output was both ambitious and practical. Built to land externally, and scale internally.
