How do you build a website to reflect a seismic change in brand identity?

With a new and distinctive brand identity, Leathwaite, a leader in functional and executive search, needed a website to communicate their experitse through a premium visual identity.

This shift had to be translated into a brand-new website that not only reflected the evolved brand but also effectively conveyed large amounts of information. Our challenge was to strike the delicate balance between user experience and stunning visuals to communicate Leathwaite’s driving commitment: to discover exceptional.

Such a profound shift in brand identity required a comprehensive re-design and rebuild of Leathwaite’s website. Through it, we aimed to provide visitors with a consistent brand experience, while facilitating Leathwaite’s expansion into other diverse global markets.

Our website design prioritised intuitive user experiences, enabling seamless navigation through an array of services and expertise. Website KPIs were strategically addressed, emphasising a consistent brand experience, increased traffic, and improved Google rankings.

Furthermore, the platform’s architecture incorporated advanced features, including refined filtering by location, service, role, and industry, fostering deeper user engagement. Dynamic elements, video content, and a user-friendly site search were integrated to enhance accessibility. So, the website not only showcased Leathwaite’s commitment to discovering exceptional talent but also embraced an expansive vision, inviting users to explore a multifaceted corporate landscape.
