Lewis Silkin is a commercial law firm, with offices across the UK, Ireland and Hong Kong. They protect their client’s ‘ideas and people’ – the future of the world’s most creative businesses. They had a reputation for insight-rich articles read by thousands. Law professionals and clients alike. Yet, despite their visionary content, their website was static, siloed and unmistakably “law-firm”.
Our mission was to create a living, breathing platform that thinks like their lawyers but publishes like a media brand. So, we took them out-of-category to carve out a distinct space within their own.
We defined the brand architecture and rebuilt the IA. We brought their sub- and affiliated brands under one, overarching masterbrand. Folding a sprawl of websites and location-specific microsites into one modular Sitecore 10 estate that has it all. Predictive search. Campaign hubs that drive leads. And a brand proposition energising every page - “Ideas + People.” A digital presence worthy of their ambition.
We rebuilt navigation for purposeful journeys. Recast them as service-providers. Added region toggles - from Ireland to Hong Kong - and a multi-location UX that flexes on demand.
We worked side-by-side with Lewis Silkin’s brand, marketing, regional teams and global alliance partners. Together, we merged sprawling content, mapped persona journeys and baked in localisation, SEO and component-level flex. We shaped a platform primed for hybrid events and user-generated buzz, bringing in sub-brands into on-site “communities” that keep their search equity intact. Legal, marketing and business development, now under one digital domain.
We vaulted Lewis Silkin into a class of their own. A clear brand architecture, mirrored in a razor-sharp site structure that aligns its sub-brands under one roof, while keeping each one’s edge and SEO firepower.
