Used by global teams, Orgvue underpins large-scale transformation, from mergers and restructuring to cost optimisation and workforce strategy. But while their product redefined how organisations operate, its brand hadn’t kept up. The identity felt bold but risky, missing the balance between intelligence and performance. It didn’t reflect the control, clarity or confidence the platform delivered.
We partnered with Orgvue to redefine its brand from strategy to execution. A new proposition, sharper messaging and a modern design language brought focus and authority to a category-leading platform built for change.
We needed a brand that truly reflects what we offer today, a powerful platform that helps businesses make faster, smarter workforce decisions. Working with Dusted, we sharpened our messaging and visual identity to connect with the people behind those decisions. It’s a more human, confident brand that really brings to life how we help organisations accelerate and transform.
Vibrant gradients and a rich, single-minded palette signal motion and energy, while the typography stays modern and understated, giving the visuals room to breathe. Together, they create a cohesive, confident identity rooted in Orgvue’s brand values: Perpetual. Aspirational. Assured. Each expressed through iconography and motion, turning abstract principles into a visual language that feels dynamic, precise and unmistakably SaaS.
At the centre of the rebrand sits the supergraphic CGI visual inspired by Orgvue’s own interface, where data becomes design. A circular iris of layered cards captures how the platform visualises organisational structure, fanning out to show clarity through connection.
We designed multiple configurations and applications – from the master circular mark to cropped backgrounds – and art-directed, built and animated each for use across motion and static assets. Combined with kinetic typography, the system feels alive. Expanding. Adapting. Always in motion.
We brought people to the forefront, placing users at the heart of the story. Every visual element wraps around them, showing how Orgvue empowers real decision-making in real time.
We carried that through to the website, designing an experience that pulls product features and modern personas together to show how the UI supports smarter decisions. The bright, confident coral pink became the signature. A symbol of energy, intelligence and human connection.
We created a full suite of templates spanning social, thought leadership, events and news, giving Orgvue a system built for speed and consistency. Alongside it, we delivered comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure every application, on every platform, stayed sharp, cohesive and unmistakably Orgvue.
From the start, we worked hand in hand with Orgvue’s marketing and senior leadership teams, running one-to-one sessions and group workshops to get under the skin of the business. We became an extension of their team, collaborating closely to define messaging, refine the design language and shape every creative decision. From photoshoots to the supergraphic system, together we ensured every element authentically reflected the product and the people behind it.
