Prima started in Rome with a single ambition: become Europe’s go-to car insurer. Two million active policies later - and with products live in the UK, Spain and the Netherlands - momentum was untouchable.

Yet hyper-growth exposed a gap: the consumer-first brand also had to speak to corporate partners or the talent powering expansion. They needed substance and zing. A place where future teammates, investors and regulators could meet the engine under the hood.
