Following the call to enhance visibility within the Private Equity world, Dusted have recently launched a new web site, Content Management System (CMS) and extensive Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) exercise for leading private equity house Terra Firma.
After working with the Terra Firma finance, IR, brand and IT teams to really understand the changing private equity landscape, Dusted redefined the information people actually needed from the site within each key stakeholder group for the business.
It’s hardly difficult to demonstrate why Terra Firma lead the sector, purely based on the portfolio of complex deals to date; and the track record of insightful acquisitions and carefully managed exits. The challenge was to extend the brand reinvigoration work we had already undertaken during our Investor Relations (IR) work, on-line and change visitors perceptions dramatising how they actually go about the business of responsible private equity day-in, day-out.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), or Corporate Responsibility (CR) as it’s become commonly known, again is often the ‘light’ that resides under the corporate ‘bushel’. Celebrating these often hidden jewels and educating employees to share, understand and subscribe to a more philanthropic corporate framework can be an incredibly rewarding challenge. The CSR aspect of modern corporate communications is something we work with our clients to build and enhance on a regular basis.
The site has already seen significant up-shift in visitor traffic, length of stay and SEO performance, which coincided with the acquisition of EMI Group, acting as a timely and invaluable PR tool. The Terra Firma team now have ownership of their own web content and we are helping them deliver truly integrated brand communications across the business. And across all channels.
