We are looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to join our team – a dynamic role with the opportunity to make a difference.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for a proven agency marketer who understands how high-quality agencies grow. You'll lead Dusted's day-to-day marketing, delivering against an established strategy while helping build the engine that drives our visibility, reputation, thought leadership and qualified opportunities. Working across content, PR, digital, CRM, sales enablement and business development, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Working closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, you'll have genuine influence over how the agency grows. We've already built the strategic foundations, sharpened our proposition and identified clear opportunities. Your role is to turn that platform into sustained market momentum through focused execution, fresh thinking and commercial instinct.
For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to make a visible impact in an ambitious, award-winning agency that competes on quality, specialist expertise and trusted relationships. As AI and marketing technology continue to reshape the industry, our independence gives us the freedom to move quickly, embrace innovation and turn ideas into action. If you want to do meaningful work, have your voice heard and see the commercial impact of what you deliver, you'll thrive here.
What are we looking for?
