How do you help a global insurance services firm transform their business into a technology leader?
Innovation Group deliver transformational expertise to the world’s leading insurers, brokers, fleet managers and automotive manufacturers. They help the global insurance market handle millions of claims each year in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible – representing savings of tens of millions of pounds.
Our brief was to completely redesign the Innovation Groups digital experience, the project included: Information architecture, user personas, user journey mapping, UX, UI, and front-end HTML and CSS styling.
The website’s primary role is to communicate the transformational new business strategy for the Innovation Group from a service-firm to a technology-led platform and software provider.
Dusted led the research, discovery, digital strategy, UX and design of a best-in-class technology led digital experience that sits at the heart of digital marketing for the Innovation Group. The project undertook a full site information architecture exercise based on target personas and new product propositions aimed at key market verticals. The UX journeys were mapped against wireframes to support clear and accessible gateways to the right product offerings whilst promoting the ‘discovery’ of new services, lead generation and sales enablement.
The website UI was modern and progressive in its styling to create a clean and customer benefit focused design language. The page templates we’re fully designed out and developed by our digital team to hand over assets of front-end HTML and CSS to Innovation Groups in-house digital development team.
