Winners at Transform Awards 2018

Dusted came away with three awards at Monday night’s ninth annual Transform Awards Europe. Our success was recognised during an evening celebrating excellence in rebranding and brand development in a room brimming with industry specialists.

Transform is a global magazine for rebranding and brand development who pride themselves on recognising innovation, creativity, and successful brand work. The Transform Awards celebrates the indispensable talent residing within the branding industry. The ceremony took place at the Hilton Park Lane in Mayfair and was hosted by comedian and radio presenter, Matt Richardson.

The categories in which Dusted were nominated – all of which relate to our work with Arkadin/NTT Communications – were:

  • Best visual identity from the technology, media, and telecommunications sector
  • Best brand development project to reflect changed mission/values/positioning
  • Best rebrand of a digital property

Arkadin is one of the fastest growing Collaboration Service Providers in the world and part of the NTT Communications group with a global network of 53 offices in 32 countries. We were asked to complete a global brand refresh to give Arkadin a more ‘future-focused’ look that would be representative of digital transformation for businesses. It was no small task but, at Dusted, we relish a challenge like this. As Nikki de Kretser, VP of Marketing at Arkadin, told us:

“The team got under the skin of our brand and values very quickly and the quality of work was fantastic”.

Since then, we have dovetailed into the marketing team at Arkadin, working on several projects to help refresh the brand and deliver creative solutions on and off-line across web, video, print, campaign, and marketing.

The Transform Awards are about including everyone, from large multinational agencies to boutique studios, like ours. Our humble agency was up against heavy-hitters, including some of the biggest agencies in the industry. The nominations and awards – judged by a host of some of the world’s most respected industry experts – recognise Dusted as a leading brand design agency throughout Europe. What’s more, we are now on Transform magazine’s list of recommended agencies.

It was an honour to join this prestigious peer group, create some great work for our clients, and be a part of these awards; coming away with several trophies is a fantastic result. We’ll drink to that!
