In this day and age it’s odd to think that all meetings must be face-to-face. Arkadin needed to convince businesses that ‘digital transformation’ is the answer. Connecting and communicating through the cloud can be just as good as, if not better, than the real thing.
The website is a major customer touch-point and expectations were high to drive new client acquisition across all areas of the business. We created key personas to understand the needs of users, allowing us to identify key areas of improvement in the user experience, site structure and content types. Our in-house digital team built the site in Drupal for a responsively driven experience that works seamlessly across both mobile and tablet.
