Derivia Intelligence brings clarity to complexity. A new masterbrand, it unites three of the most established names in financial intelligence: SRP, FOW and GlobalCapital. All businesses with decades of authority across structured products, derivatives and debt markets, now brought together under one group.
So, the challenge ran deep. This was not a single brand story. It was a full architecture. Creating a parent brand from scratch, while aligning and evolving existing businesses with their own histories, equities and audiences.
We built Derivia Intelligence from the ground up. Strategy, positioning, identity and system. Then scaled it across the group. From core brands to sub-brands, events and global markets. Detailed. Connected. Ready to perform at every level.
We designed Derivia as a monolithic structure. A deliberate move to bring everything under one name, one system, one source of strength.
Each brand points up to the masterbrand, contributing to its equity while benefiting from it in return. A model built to compound value over time. Collective strength, clearly expressed. Scalable. Connected. And ready to grow with every new addition.
The design system positions Derivia as a modern, data-driven fintech. Clean, early-digital typography brings clarity with character. Dark blue anchors trust and stability, while bright accents signal intelligence and energy. Each brand holds its own colour. Linked, but distinct.
We created a system where every brand belongs, without blending in. Shared foundations bring cohesion. Type, colour, structure and logic, all aligned, while distinct elements create separation. Graphic forms. Accents. Imagery.
Seen together, the brands join up as one. Seen apart, they stand on their own.
We created a masterbrand from the ground up, alongside a group-wide system designed to unify multiple specialist businesses without diluting what made each one valuable. Following our collaboration, in March 2026, Derivia Intelligence was acquired for (£X). A clear signal that brand value translated into tangible business impact.
When we set out to launch Derivia Intelligence, our goal was to create a parent brand that united the group while allowing each business to retain its own identity and market recognition. Dusted quickly grasped the challenge and translated our strategy into a visual identity that felt cohesive, credible and built for the future. The result is a brand system that brings the group together, supports our growth ambitions and provides a strong foundation for the next stage of the business.
