How does a UK plc harness the power of digital transformation to take their brand and business to the next level?

Gamma is a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) in the UK and Dutch business markets, supplying communication solutions via their extensive network of trusted channel partners and direct customers.

Our brief was to reposition and rebrand Gamma Group to be the leading light in European UCaaS services. The project scope included brand strategy, identity, design, and brand activation across all the business touchpoints, and marketing channels including the employer brand and investor community.

Solution.

How we raised the bar for Gamma.

To harness the power of digital transformation you have to embrace a digital-first approach through all brand touchpoints. An observation we made early in the strategy phase is that it is often the people behind the technology that are the real assets. Because of this we celebrated ’empowering people’ at the heart of the organising idea. It became clear that the real value was how they worked with clients rather than just the services they provide. Our strategy, brand attitude and design styling were a combination of digital-first with human-centred benefit-driven messaging.
