Dusted strikes gold (again!) at the Transform Awards 2025

Another memorable night at the Transform Awards Europe – the only awards programme dedicated to celebrating excellence in rebranding, repositioning, and brand development.

Now in its 16th year, the event took place at The Brewery Venue, London, gathering leading figures from the branding and creative industry. It was fantastic to share the spotlight with such inspiring peers, and we’re genuinely proud to have been recognised for our work.

We’re thrilled to announce Dusted scooped up eight awards for our impactful collaborations with Verbatim and HERE:

  • Gold for Verbatim in Best Brand Development Project to Reflect a Change of Mission, Values, or Positioning (Consumer)
  • Gold for Verbatim in Best Visual Identity from the Engineering and Manufacturing Sector

While each accolade makes us incredibly thrilled, it’s the twin gold awards for our transformative work with Verbatim that particularly shine, embodying exactly our promise to raise the bar in everything we do.

From floppy disks to fresh futures: Verbatim’s award-winning evolution

Verbatim has long been synonymous with reliability, a trusted staple in offices worldwide for robust data storage solutions – from ubiquitous floppy disks to durable CDs and burners. But as technology evolved and modern living increasingly blurred the boundaries between work and play, Verbatim found itself at a crossroads. To thrive in today’s mobile-first, digitally agile environment, the brand needed to reinvent itself.

Our brief was to reposition Verbatim as more of a lifestyle companion than an office supplier. Make it integral to everyday moments, everywhere. Embracing the tagline “Anywhere. Everyday.”, we humanised Verbatim’s image, turning pragmatic products into personal essentials. CDs became tangible repositories of cherished memories, portable chargers emerged as indispensable lifelines, and SD cards transformed into vaults of treasured moments.

One judge noted:

The creativity is fresh and appropriate, blending a modern aesthetic with functional brand messaging. Its identity aligns it with a younger, lifestyle-driven audience.

Commenting on Verbatim’s brand development to reflect a change of mission, another judge said:

A great transition of a visual identity. It clearly connects with the values and target group, and feels modern and consistent.

This dynamic rebrand debuted triumphantly at COMPUTEX in Taiwan, one of the world’s largest technology showcases. Prominently displayed, the ‘vision symbol’ not only marked Verbatim’s bold step into the future but reaffirmed its place in the hearts and minds of modern consumers.
