The website is a key part of their new customer acquisition – both their services and software can be trialled and purchased via the site. Our goal was to increase sign-up whilst engaging users through an effective and inspiring digital experience.
We created user personas to understand the central needs of users, allowing us to focus on key areas of improvement in the user-experience, site structure and content types.
The site architecture was restructured and uses a customised interactive navigation style to drive users to the right content. Our digital team built the site in WordPress with Hubspot integration in key customer sign-up areas, to increase product trials and sales conversions.
